FAQ

We're doing under $1M. Are we too small for you?

Not a chance. That's exactly who we build for. Between launch and $1M is where a better store makes the biggest difference.

Why not just buy a theme?

Sometimes that's the right call, and we'll tell you so. A theme gets you online. It won't make you stand out, stay quick with ten apps installed, or get you picked by AI. If those matter, let's chat.

What does AI have to do with my store?

More every month. Customers ask ChatGPT and Gemini what to buy, and AI agents are starting to check out for them. They favour stores with complete product data and straight answers. We build that in from day one.

Do you only do Shopify?

Shopify is our home turf, but not the only one. We also design and build websites and landing pages on other platforms, or fully custom when that suits you better.

How long does a new store take?

Launch gets a new Shopify store live in 3 weeks. A full redesign or Rebuild typically takes 8–12 weeks from kick-off to launch, depending on scope.

Can you move us off Wix, Squarespace or WooCommerce?

Yes. Products, customers, orders and SEO redirects come with you, and we plan the switch so you don't lose sales on launch day.

What happens after launch?

Keep moving with Accelerate: design, development, testing and AI visibility at A$50 per hour. Pay for what you need. Or grab the keys and run the store yourself.
